  14. I have seen a number of Windows applications that attach buttons to the 
  15. titlebar of the active application (or menu items to the control menu of 
  16. the active application).  Examples include MS. Office, the stuff that 
  17. comes w/ SoundBlaster 16, and other various utilities.
  18. I was wondering how to do it (and in C++).
